Operation Supervisor for multiple branches of cafes in the eastern region

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible person to join our play café team. This role includes managing the reception, supervising children, assisting with workshops, and ensuring the space is organized, safe, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and handling reception duties (check-ins, bookings, payments)
• Supervising children in the play area to ensure safety and engagement
• Assisting in preparing and running kids’ workshops and activities
• Keeping the space clean, organized, and ready throughout the day
• Communicating with parents in a friendly and professional manner
• Supporting daily operations and helping the team when needed

Requirements:

• Loves working with children and has a positive, patient attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, organized, and proactive
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in kids’ spaces, nurseries, or events is a plus
