As a key contributor, you will support the operational functions of our company while ensuring a smooth interface between various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Manage service requests with vendors, including transportation and housing providers.
  • Track and follow up on deliveries, shipments, and service contracts.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office needs.
  • Coordinate with procurement for requisitions, purchase orders, and payments related to services.
  • Ensure compliance with safe work practices and provide support in safety audits.
  • Participate in company events, training sessions, and workshops.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for high school graduates, or minimum 3 years’ experience with a diploma.
  • Excellent organizational and proactive communication skills.
  • Proven leadership capability in large organizations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Position Summary
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance audits within the organization.   • Risk Assessment: Assist the Chief Internal Auditor in maintaining the Audit Universe and conducting annual risk assessments to prioritize high-impact areas.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all audit workpapers and processes meet the internal Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) standards.
  • Special Investigations: Lead ad-hoc investigations or forensic audits into financial misconduct, forged documentation, or internal control failures as required.
  • Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of management action plans to ensure that identified risks are mitigated within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus. Additional certifications (CISA, CRMA, or CPA) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal or external auditing, preferably with a background in 'Big 4' firms or large diversified conglomerates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2024 Global Internal Audit Standards and local regulatory requirements (*, SOCPA or specific industry mandates).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
