Job Purpose:
The HR Coordinator plays an essential role in managing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment from job postings to onboarding
  • Update Job Descriptions as required
  • Screen resumes against established criteria
  • Maintain a candidate database for future openings
  • Prepare and follow up on offer letters and employment contracts
  • Arrange medical checks for staff
  • Ensure employee files are maintained properly
  • Handle attendance reports and HR Helpdesk queries
  • Manage trainings and probationary appraisals
  • Handle exit processes and conduct exit interviews

Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English
  • Knowledge of labor law
