As a vital part of our organization, you will troubleshoot technology issues, maintain computer equipment, and ensure the security of our data. Engage in a fulfilling role where you will train your colleagues in basic computer issues and be responsible for the overall efficiency of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure system hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support to all end-users within the organization.
  • Monitor, update, and resolve tech requests.
  • Perform routine maintenance of all computer systems and related tech equipment.
  • Recommend computer products and applications to improve productivity.
  • Educate users on procedures for resolving or preventing tech problems.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on IT support operations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the IT Team.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Document all IT processes and procedures.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT.
  • Knowledge and experience with general information technology.

Skills:
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with faculty and administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and independent working habits.
