Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Maintenance Supervisor
At Nahdi, we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our guests. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of all store devices and maintenance tasks within your assigned region/branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning:
    Develop and issue a Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix for all stores in your assigned region. Distribute tasks and set timelines for effective maintenance.
  • Daily Maintenance Tasks:
    Delegate corrective maintenance tasks to Foremen based on requests, ensuring proper resource allocation.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    Review maintenance tasks through the system and job orders to confirm adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Conduct weekly meetings with Foremen to monitor the implementation of maintenance plans.
  • Budget Management:
    Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget by communicating branch needs for labor, vehicles, and spare parts.
  • Vendor Relations:
    Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contracts for maintenance tasks.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare periodic reports regarding objectives, budgets, and maintenance status.

Work Environment:
The role involves a mix of indoor (20%) and outdoor (80%) work, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break).
