Join Qurba Real Estate Investment as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor!
This full-time, on-site role in Al Khobar is essential for overseeing routine and preventive maintenance across our facilities. In a company dedicated to excellence in real estate development, you will ensure our buildings, equipment, and facility systems operate optimally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on daily maintenance and operations tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Supervise technicians, vendors, and service providers, guaranteeing quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure appropriate documentation and resolution.
  • Assist in preparing operational and maintenance reports along with performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing/Marketing team regarding tenant move-ins, handovers, and vacant space updates.
  • Follow up on tenant service requests to ensure proper responses and resolutions.
  • Support inventory control and procurement of spare parts and materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report on operational issues.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in understanding both Arabic and English; full verbal fluency is not required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or related operational fields.
  • Ability to interact professionally with tenants and clients, effectively managing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills, ensuring high-quality performance while supervising staff and assigning tasks.
