Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Maintenance Supervisor!
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and enhance the maintenance operations in our pharmacies and clinics. You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of service, and coordinating various maintenance and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day maintenance work in pharmacies and clinics.
  • Establish maintenance schedules and manage resources effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards and perform regular inspections.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and oversee expenditure.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to optimize performance and procedures.
  • Participate in hiring processes and staff development.

Work Environment:
Indoors: 20%
Outdoors: 80%
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Days Off: 1 Day Off per Week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Requirements:
  • BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 Years of Experience in MEP Engineering.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Basic AutoCAD.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
