A Maintenance Superhero at Hilton
As a Maintenance Superhero, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our hotel venues. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing all maintenance issues while delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle maintenance issues within the hotel.
  • Conduct daily maintenance checks and repairs on mechanical equipment.
  • Coordinate renovation projects while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage emergency and energy conservation programs.
  • Ensure safety compliance through regular inspections and employee training.
What We Are Looking For:
You should possess an advanced knowledge of building management and engineering, display a positive attitude, and demonstrate a dedication to high-quality customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a management role is advantageous, as well as relevant vocational training in engineering or similar fields.
