Join Our Team as a Marketing Manager!
We’re seeking a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all marketing initiatives at Sahseh. Your primary goal will be to drive user growth, retention, and brand awareness across digital channels with a strong focus on performance marketing, influencer campaigns, content, and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own multi-channel digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, email, push notifications, etc.).
  • Plan and manage campaigns for new offers, seasonal activations, referral programs, and app features such as Cashback and Coupons.
  • Manage influencer marketing (micro & mega), UGC programs, and brand collaborations.
  • Analyze data & KPIs (installs, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and optimize budget allocation accordingly.
  • Oversee content production (social media, motion videos, graphics) aligned with the Saudi tone and Sahseh brand identity.
  • Work with tech & product teams to align marketing with feature launches.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor insights, and platform updates.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C apps, e-commerce, or fintech.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing and growth marketing.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior and local platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Strong skills in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Firebase, Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Bonus: Experience in affiliate or cashback-based apps.
