Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B engagements.
  • Support the acquisition of new clients in collaboration with the SMP MPSD team.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Act as the focal point for contract reviews and scope discussions.
  • Prepare and review contract documentation, proposals, and bid evaluations.
  • Handle client interactions through platforms like SAP Ariba.
  • Prepare periodic business performance reports.
  • Coordinate internal processes to align service delivery with client expectations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in the GCC region is a plus.

Position Summary
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance audits within the organization.   • Quality Assurance: Ensure all audit workpapers and processes meet the internal Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) standards.
  • Special Investigations: Lead ad-hoc investigations or forensic audits into financial misconduct, forged documentation, or internal control failures as required.
  • Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of management action plans to ensure that identified risks are mitigated within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus. Additional certifications (CISA, CRMA, or CPA) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal or external auditing, preferably with a background in 'Big 4' firms or large diversified conglomerates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2024 Global Internal Audit Standards and local regulatory requirements (*, SOCPA or specific industry mandates).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
