About the Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor Role

Arabian Soil Contracting Company Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and implementing robust safety protocols across the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the application of occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and instructions within company facilities.
• Conduct environmental measurements and investigate accidents and injuries.
• Develop and implement occupational health and safety instructions, procedures, and signage.
• Prepare and submit work reports.
• Conduct various inspections at work sites related to occupational health and safety, including periodic and emergency inspections.
• Record inspection results in designated logs and compare them against approved standards.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment for measuring environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration.
• Document measurement results and follow up on hazard remediation with relevant authorities.
• Prepare materials for accident and injury investigations, conduct investigations, and document findings.
• Prepare occupational health and safety instructions, safe work procedures, and evacuation instructions.
• Educate workers on established instructions and procedures.
• Prepare, submit, document, and archive work reports.
