We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Controls Specialist to enhance our project management capabilities in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. This role is vital for leveraging data analytics to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project control data analysis frameworks to provide actionable insights.
  • Create and implement dashboards and reporting tools that visualize key project metrics.
  • Monitor project performance, cost variances, and timelines using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in project data and recommend corrective actions to project managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into project control processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all project forecasting and reporting activities.
  • Assist in the development of project control policies and procedures that incorporate data analytics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas or EPC sectors.
  • Project lifecycle exposure preferred from conceptual Engineering down to PRE-FEED, FEED, and Execution.
  • Experience in oil & gas EPC project controls (scheduling, cost estimating/controls).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP or any ERP system is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
