We are looking for a female patient reception employee to join our team at Sumo Al-Hadaf Medical Services Company.

Job Description: Your role will involve meeting patients, recording their personal and health insurance data when available, identifying pre-booking appointments, and their immediate needs from clinics. You will also fill out the forms used in reception and enter data into the hospital information system.

Main Duties and Tasks:
  • Meeting patients and recording their personal and health insurance data.
  • Filling out forms and entering data into the system.
  • Completing financial transactions and arranging booking schedules.
  • Receiving emergency cases and recording patient data.
