About the Sales Specialist Role
Dar wa Emaar is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to enter the real estate sales sector. The role focuses on promoting and selling residential units, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Core Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and business development by promoting residential units across Dar wa Emaar's real estate projects. This involves generating qualified leads through various channels, conducting property presentations, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing. A key aspect of the role is achieving set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong client relationships is central to this position. The Sales Specialist will need to understand customer needs to recommend suitable residential products and payment solutions. Ensuring timely follow-up and continuous communication with prospective buyers is essential for fostering repeat business and encouraging referrals. Maintaining professional relationships with clients throughout and after the sales process is a key objective.
Sales Administration and Transaction Support
This role requires diligent attention to sales administration and documentation. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, reservation documents, and other sales-related paperwork. The Sales Specialist will coordinate with legal, finance, customer service, and project teams to facilitate the smooth execution of transactions. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating sales information within CRM systems is also a critical function. Adherence to company policies and relevant real estate regulations is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for experience within residential developments.
