  • Writing documents and managing phone calls and visitors.
  • Assisting in coordinating core projects and managing the agenda.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Taking notes in shorthand.
  • Copying correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Receiving phone calls from employees and external clients.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, checking correspondence, and distributing it.
  • Coordinating the schedules of meeting participants.
  • Creating systems for filing and records.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English Education.
