We are looking for a dedicated Security Supervisor to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff at our hotel in Al Khobar. This is an opportunity to be part of a prestigious hospitality brand known for its commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep the Assistant Security Manager/Director of Security informed of all security-related matters.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Engineering regarding fire and security responsibilities.
  • Liaise with management personnel and address security problems and loss control.
  • Interact with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials.
  • Ensure proper grooming and attend training classes as scheduled.
  • Train security employees in resort regulations and operations.
  • Supervise daily processing and distribution of security reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding security records and reports.
  • Be prepared for all emergency situations as per procedures.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance of safety equipment in collaboration with the engineering department.
  • Control access for contractors, visitors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular checks of security posts, including CCTV.
  • Ensure all staff are familiar with emergency procedures.
  • Lead regular training and live fire drills for the security team.
  • Review and take action on security logs and reports daily.

Qualifications:
  • 25 years of experience in the security field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to train, schedule, and supervise security staff.
  • Knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
