About the Role

Jobstronaut is seeking a Senior Sales Executive - Waste Management Solutions to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on selling environmental and industrial service solutions within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and established relationships with major industrial organizations, understanding the commercial, operational, and regulatory challenges across various sectors.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Executive will manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and long-term account management. Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for environmental services across Saudi Arabia.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, client visits, and industry events.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including HSE, EHS, Plant, Operations, Procurement, Facility, Engineering, and Sustainability Managers.
• Conduct customer site assessments to understand waste management and environmental service requirements.
• Develop customized commercial proposals and service solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and long-term service agreements.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to develop effective customer solutions.
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic industrial customers, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 sustainability initiatives.
• Stay informed about environmental regulations and industry developments, providing market feedback for business growth strategies.

Solutions Portfolio

The role involves promoting solutions related to:

• Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management
• Industrial waste disposal and wastewater treatment
• Industrial cleaning services, tank cleaning, and sludge management
• Chemical waste disposal and recycling solutions
• Environmental compliance services and waste minimization programs
• Sustainability initiatives and resource recovery solutions

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess strong consultative sales skills, a deep understanding of industrial waste management and environmental compliance, and an established network within key industrial sectors. Requirements include:

• 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of selling environmental and industrial service solutions.
• Established relationships with major industrial organizations in Saudi Arabia.
• Understanding of commercial, operational, and regulatory challenges faced by clients.
• Strong network and excellent commercial judgment.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
