About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor for the KFAA AW Library and Learning Resource Centre (LRC) at BAE Systems. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations and supporting the academic needs of our staff and cadet officers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily activities to meet department targets and ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Manage the LRC effectively to support training requirements.
  • Assist in selecting new materials and programs for the library.
  • Guide users and provide orientation on available services and resources.
  • Supervise events such as book fairs and reading activities.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to identify and achieve meaningful objectives.
Essential Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in information sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in a relevant field.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Desirable:
  • Familiarity with RSAF policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of items classification.
