Join Ninja as a Warehouse Manager!

As a vital part of our dynamic company, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills combined with exceptional organizational capabilities and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all daily DC operations.
  • Analyze and follow up on the performance of receiving, storage, picking, and inventory retention.
  • Ensure achievement of operational and service KPIs.
  • Control inventory accuracy while minimizing shrinkage and losses.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage the DC budget and control operational costs (manpower, materials, etc.).
  • Coordinate with transportation, store operations, commercial, finance, and HR departments.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to the director weekly (performance, inventory, etc.).
  • Plan DC capacity and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
  • Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and storage quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
