Role Purpose
Promote and sell the division products. Achieve and exceed personal targets as part of the department's total target. Follow up with current and future customers to fulfill their requirements with high professionalism.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
  • Extend the customer portfolio by identifying new customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Perform analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Follow up with customers on a regular basis.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business objectives.
  • Build, develop and maintain customer satisfaction through visits and telephone calls.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Increase market share in the assigned region.
  • Cooperate with Aftersales Division to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the market and competitors' activities.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.

Education & Certifications
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Required Years Of Experience
24 years' sales experience in the same field.
