الأهداف الوظيفية:
الهدف من هذا الدور هو ضمان تسجيل المنتجات المباعة بدقة، ضمان التسعير الصحيح، وإدارة المعاملات المالية بكفاءة مع العملاء، وذلك عبر تحصيل المدفوعات سواء نقداً أو عبر بطاقات الائتمان وإصدار الفواتير والإيصالات بوضوح.

المسؤوليات:
  • الترحيب بالعملاء عند دخولهم وخروجهم من المتجر، وضمان تجربة تسوق مميزة.
  • التعامل مع جميع أنواع المدفوعات باستخدام أنظمة الكاشير بدقة.
  • مراجعة وفحص المنتجات والتأكد من مطابقة الأسعار قبل إتمام المعاملات.
  • إصدار فواتير وإيصالات واضحة وصحيحة.
  • الإشراف على ترتيب البضائع في رفوف المتجر.
  • تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المعينة من الإدارة.
  • التعامل مع الطلبات عبر التطبيقات وإدارة التحديثات المتعلقة بتوفر المنتجات.
  • تقديم حلول سريعة واحترافية لاستفسارات العملاء.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات السلامة في مكان العمل.
  • متابعة مستويات المخزون وتقديم تقارير لإعادة التوريد.
