Join Almarai as an Area Sales Manager!
Almarai is the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy and the region’s largest food and beverage manufacturing and distribution company. We’re looking for a dedicated individual to manage our van sales operation effectively in Al Qurayat, ensuring we meet our budgeted volume and margin for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the performance of Supervisors to ensure targets for volume and margin are met.
  • Achieve the budgeted volume and margin of poultry products to meet company profit goals.
  • Ensure distribution targets are met weekly across all trade channels.
  • Control product orders based on market demand to minimize wastage.
  • Ensure customer compliance with company credit policy to prevent financial losses.

Qualifications:
  • College Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a FMCG sales management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in computer use.
  • Valid driving license.

Competencies:
  • Proficient in team management and leadership.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative and able to work towards targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information effectively.
