About the Role

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support the upcoming opening of this significant new property. As a key member of the pre-opening team, the Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue and establishing the hotel's presence in the market. Hyatt Place Al Ula will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness center, catering to both leisure and business travelers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities, developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve revenue targets, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the successful launch and ongoing performance of Hyatt Place Al Ula.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Hyatt Place Al Ula.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the market and actively pursue them to expand the hotel's client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Effectively manage corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and support business needs.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry or a similar field is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A good understanding of current market trends and effective sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
