We are looking for a services quality specialist to design quality management guides and models and apply the required standards. You will be responsible for:

• Studying, analyzing, and designing quality management models.
• Analyzing customer satisfaction regarding the quality of services.
• Developing quality audit procedures and preparing documents and reports.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields:

• Health Services Management
• Quality Management
• Programming and Computer Science

Required Certifications:
Preferred to have:

• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2003)
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Required Skills:
Advanced knowledge in:

• Design
• Quality Assurance
• Quality Auditing
• Report Preparation

Work Environment:
Flexible working hours with the possibility of working in the morning or evening.
