We offer a dynamic work environment where you can provide excellent service to customers and ensure their satisfaction inside the market hall. You will deal with customer inquiries and resolve their issues while shopping professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers with a friendly face and engaging with them.
  • Responding to customer inquiries about promotions, products, or item locations.
  • Handling customer complaints or feedback and resolving them or escalating them to the direct supervisor.
  • Assisting elderly individuals or those with special needs when necessary.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the hall at all times.
  • Contributing to supporting sales operations inside the hall.
  • Monitoring the availability of shopping carts and baskets.
  • Coordinating work with cashiers and the warehouse to ensure customer requests are met.
  • Adhering to the uniform and professional work conduct.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Diplomacy and flexibility in dealing with all customer categories.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly.
  • Good knowledge of market items and promotions.
