Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing layouts, general arrangements, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD while adhering to project timelines and specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct architectural/joinery and interior drafting of 2D and 3D plans.
• Produce detailed shop drawings mainly for joinery & interior design.
• Prepare drawings as per project managers’ and engineers’ instructions.
• Draft interior shop drawings by interpreting structural and MEP drawings.
• Maintain organized archives of approved products and shop drawings.
• Prepare and revise drawings according to project schedules and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
The successful applicant will have the following:

• 58 years experience in joinery and fit-out-related drawings.
• A Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil or equivalent field (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, and Materials.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong mathematical ability and technical understanding.
• Thorough knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.

In this significant role, you will assist our Architectural and Multi-disciplined Engineers in developing designs utilizing AutoCAD and other necessary engineering software for various projects. Your contributions will help create design drawings across all trades (Architectural, Structural, Road Work & Electro-Mechanical).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update online satellite maps locating service stations and other facilities.
• Develop digital maps and images using Google Earth and GIS.
• Create necessary design sketches for approval of Senior Management.
• Update digital records of final design drawings based on As-Built drawings submitted by contractors.
• Review and issue all notices received from government departments and private consultants.
• Maintain and update the projects archiving database and service station charts and maps.
• Assist Architectural Engineers in site surveys and measurements.

Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of experience, including 8 years in a similar role. You must have a strong understanding of Architectural/Structural or Electro-Mechanical Engineering design drawings and detailed graphic design experience using various software including AutoCAD and Photoshop. Your proficiency in English, oral and written, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and execution of payroll, calculation of monthly salaries, and resolution of payroll-related issues with HR.
• Tracking employee advances and monitoring leave balances submitted by HR.
• Maintain payroll bookkeeping, including preparing and updating general ledger and payroll files compliant with governmental laws.
