Join SES Energy as a Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This vital role will involve identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships while fostering client relationships and implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors, maintaining a robust pipeline in the CRM.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in new markets.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, ensuring strong relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events to expand your network and identify new opportunities.
  • Assist local partners with sales of new services, tender preparation, and identification of customers.
  • Be the Key Account Manager for existing clients and ensure accurate sales reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing or operational roles.
  • Knowledge of relevant DNV and ISO standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Track record in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communicator and influencer able to build relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.

HSE Responsibilities:
  • Challenge unsafe acts, behaviors, or conditions and comply with Standard Operating Procedures.
