Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Strategy:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and client needs.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development and deal closure.
- Deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement and value delivery.
- Partnership & Networking:
- Establish partnerships with industry leaders and trade associations.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to promote the firm’s services.
- Collaboration & Delivery Support:
- Work closely with consulting, marketing, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment on client expectations.
- Support solution design and pricing strategies to ensure proposals are commercially viable.
- Reporting & Performance Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on business development performance and market insights for senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in business development, especially in management consulting or professional services.
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business targets.
