We are looking for a creative and organized individual who excels at organizing and managing official events. In this role, you will be able to oversee the implementation of events according to established norms, plan logistics services, and effectively coordinate activities with guests and hosts.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning of events and official ceremonies in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Organize schedules and visit timetables for guests and provide logistical support.
  • Implement detailed programs for visits and coordinate with the press and media.
  • Prepare and present work reports and document them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Event Management and Organization.
  • At least one year of work experience in the events field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and professionalism in English.
  • Negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
