Join our team at Fast n Accurate Logistic Services Company as a Customs Broker!
We are seeking talented individuals to provide professional customs clearance services across land, sea, and air at our Dammam and Riyadh branches.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customs clearance procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate and follow up with relevant government entities (Customs, Agriculture, SFDA, etc.).
  • Liaise with shipping lines and freight companies to finalize the required processes.
  • Prepare and submit documentation to obtain cargo clearance.
  • Track shipments until clearance is granted and delivery is completed.
  • Ensure procedures comply with applicable customs regulations.

Requirements:
  • Educational background: High school diploma or technical diploma from an accredited institute.
  • Previous experience in customs clearance (land, sea, or air) is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of customs regulations and required documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with government and private entities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the technical side of the sales process, sharing your expertise on Axis network video solutions with our partners and end-users. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering expert technical support and guidance throughout the sales process
  • Leading product demos, conducting site surveys, and managing pilot installations
  • Supporting the sales organization in responding to tenders, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Providing technical training sessions and ongoing support to Axis Partners and end-users
  • Staying current on Axis products and innovations to develop customized customer solutions
  • Managing technical logistics for Axis-hosted events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Collaborating with Key Account Managers and Inside Sales to identify, influence, and secure new projects
  • Participating in joint customer visits

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You should have a focused and self-motivated background in Security or Networking, with experience in pre-sales, project-based work within the video security market. Specific qualifications include:
  • 10+ years of experience in the video surveillance industry or IT channel
  • Strong knowledge of networking and IP-based technologies
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is not mandatory but preferred
