Join the Star Services team as a Data Center Engineer!
We are continuously searching for a highly skilled Data Center Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the leading companies in providing workforce solutions in various fields.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs).
  • Ensure the continuous availability of data center resources, including power, cooling, and network connectivity.
  • Monitor system performance, network traffic, and environmental conditions to ensure uptime and efficiency.
  • Optimize resource allocation and ensure load balancing across servers and network components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and software issues affecting data center operations.
  • Implement security controls and policies related to infrastructure protection.
  • Resolve critical issues and respond to incidents around the clock.
  • Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 to 14 years of experience in data center operations or systems administration.
  • Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and storage technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work in multi-tasking environments and under pressure.

About the Role
