Responsibilities:
  • Prepare receipts and issue vouchers, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Conduct material transfers between warehouses using our system.
  • Assist in inventory-related data entry tasks.
  • Manage CHEP pallet transactions in the system and update reports accordingly.
  • File all related documents accurately.
  • Comply with safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks provided by the HSE officer.
  • Engage in consultation and participation across all applicable levels and functions to improve the OH&S management system.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license with willingness to travel.
