About the Role

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is seeking an Operations Executive to join a newly formed organization focused on designing and launching innovative business models across the AMET region. This role is integral to redefining fast delivery services, building and operating new customer-facing services, and managing third-party store operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UTR (Under the Roof) operations on a daily basis for either one large site or a combination of smaller sites, including supervising store operations.

• Drive performance management of team members, including preparing and implementing training and development plans for pickers.

• Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

The Design Engineer will manage order engineering activities from initiation to completion, ensuring all solutions align with customer, quality, and industry requirements through collaboration with global engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for customer orders, including the design, modification, and documentation of valve and actuation solutions.
• Develop and maintain engineering deliverables such as 3D models, integrated drawings, bills of materials, and technical documents using 3D CAD software.
• Interpret customer specifications, datasheets, and international codes and standards to ensure compliant and optimized designs.
