We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager with extensive experience in the agricultural/poultry or heavy industrial manufacturing sectors. You will play a critical role in driving financial success for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze business trends and variances to provide management with actionable insights.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning by developing aligned strategies and evaluating investment opportunities.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Mentor the finance team and collaborate across functions to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance with ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
