Key Responsibilities:

• Design packaging, menus, key visuals, and campaign materials across all brands.
• Ensure brand identity guidelines are accurately applied across all assets.
• Develop in-store branding materials including signage, POS, and menus.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and production suppliers.
• Collaborate with brand managers, content teams, and media buyers on campaigns.
• Support creative needs for product launches, promotions, and new openings.
• Maintain organized creative asset libraries and version control.
• Contribute to evolving and improving brand visual systems over time.

Qualifications:

• Must Have:
  - Saudi National
  - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  - 3–5 years experience in branding or creative design
  - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID)
  - Knowledge of packaging and print design
  - Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems
• Good to Have:
  - Experience in F&B or QSR branding
  - Motion graphics familiarity
  - Experience working with agencies or in-house teams

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our esteemed legal team at Aljabr Rent a Car. This role is crucial for ensuring that our legal proceedings are handled efficiently and effectively, supporting our operations across various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare claims brought by the company of various types.
• Follow up on lawsuits against the company of various types.
• Execute judgments issued in favor of the company through Najiz portal.
• Monitor judgments issued against the company and inform the relevant administration of the issued judgment and provide them with a copy.
• Regularly update decisions related to execution requests, including requests for disclosure, transferring seized amounts, extensions, waivers and terminations, and other requests.
• Draft pleadings, responses, and objections and coordinate them.
• Prepare official letters.
• Regularly update the database related to legal management.
• File objections to judgments when necessary.
• Track the issuance of court cost invoices until payment is made in coordination with the financial administration.
• Prepare a monthly report on completed tasks to be submitted to the direct manager.
• Regularly prepare financial reports related to execution requests.
• Prepare reports related to legal work of various kinds as assigned by the direct manager.
• Follow up on court session schedules daily.
• Communicate and coordinate with the assigned lawyer regarding attendance notifications, providing case attachments, attendance links, session dates, and session records.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Provide legal consultations.
• Complete any work assigned by the direct manager related to the department’s activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• 2 to 3 years of practical experience in legal work.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
