• Prepare and process accounting entries, ledgers, and financial statements.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a corporate or service environment).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A valid SOCPA membership is required.

• Supplier invoices data entry and accrual.
• Vendor management and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Organized handling of payments.
• Recording and payment of inter-company invoices.
• Preparation of VAT and WHT monthly returns.
• Assisting with external audit requirements related to supplier payments.
• Reviewing and processing employees' expense reports.

• Graduate with Accounting or Finance Major.
• Minimum GPA of * out of 4 or * out of 5.
• Fluent in English.
