As a Chef at the Sheraton Dammam Hotel & Convention Centre, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position is suited for passionate culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as per the recipes and standards.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers.
  • Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow all company and safety policies, reporting any issues to management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Certification is not mandatory.
