We are looking for a distinguished human resources and management employee to join our team at ASHOMCo.
ASHOMCo was established in 2013 and operates and manages power generation stations supporting Saudi Aramco in Al-Hofuf, Al-Abiqaiq, and Ras Tanura, providing 920 megawatts of electricity and 1,400 tons/hour of steam.

About the role:
The human resources and management employee will support daily operations in the human resources department, including:
  • Supporting recruitment, orientation, and employee relations processes.
  • Updating human resources databases.
  • Implementing e-government transactions.
  • Issuing human resources policies.
  • Coordinating recognition and training activities.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP Payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
