About the Role: As an HR Specialist at Isuzu Motors Saudi Arabia Company Limited, you will play a crucial role in payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. You will support core HR functions while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll using SAP, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Maintain and update employee master data and payroll-related information in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, Qiwa, and Mudad.
  • Process overtime, attendance data, and salary adjustments within SAP.
  • Follow up on salary increments, promotions, and payroll changes.
  • Generate payroll control reports for HR and Finance departments.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding payroll activities, including final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Finance and governmental entities on payroll-related requirements.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Assist with other HR administrative tasks as necessary.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR administration with a focus on payroll processing using SAP.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP Payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
