Join NADIA as a Senior HR Specialist
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a significant role in a growing company in Saudi Arabia? NADIA, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for a Senior HR Specialist to manage and enhance our Human Resources functions.

About the Role
This position will be based in Al Khobar, where you will be responsible for developing HR strategies to support our operations in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. You will ensure compliance with labor regulations while implementing effective HR plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR department and ensure efficient policies and procedures.
  • Develop plans and structures aligned with company goals and Gulf expansion.
  • Administer employee contracts and manage HR governance.
  • Oversee operations in the company's branches across the Gulf.

Basic Requirements
  • Proven experience in Human Resources in Saudi Arabia, preferably within startups or rapidly growing organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and management of government platforms like Qiwa and GOSI.
  • Strong skills in preparing employee contracts and compliance frameworks.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
