About the Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their team in Dammam, Ash Sharqīyah. This full-time role focuses on operating fin-forming machines within the aluminum radiator manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in this specialized field.

Role Overview

The Machine Operator will be responsible for the precise operation and monitoring of fin-forming machines essential for radiator core production. This position requires a strong understanding of machine setup, material handling, and quality control specific to aluminum radiator components.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fin forming machines for aluminum radiator production.
• Set up the machine according to required fin dimensions, pitch, height, and specifications.
• Feed aluminum strip/material into the machine and ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as required.
• Inspect formed fins for dimensions, shape, pitch, damage, and overall quality.
• Identify and report machine abnormalities, material defects, and production issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to established production schedules.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks on the machine.
• Comply with all quality, safety, and production procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience operating fin-forming machines.
• Experience in automotive aluminum radiator manufacturing is mandatory.
• Good understanding of radiator fin manufacturing and core assembly processes.
• Familiarity with aluminum strip/fin material and radiator production equipment.
• Candidates with experience from radiator manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Ash Sharqīyah, within a manufacturing environment focused on aluminum radiator production.
