Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Maintenance Supervisor! We're looking for a dedicated individual to lead maintenance operations across our facilities in the Kingdom. Your role will ensure safety, efficiency, and effective resource management while enhancing the quality of our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily maintenance work across NCC clinics and facilities.
  • Establish maintenance schedules and oversee resource allocation.
  • Implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Administer the maintenance budget and monitor expenditures.
  • Participate in hiring and training maintenance staff.
  • Coordinate construction projects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance performance reviews.
Work Environment:
  • Indoors: 20%
  • Outdoors: 80%
  • Working Days: 6 per week
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
  • BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Diploma.
  • 3 years of experience in the MEP Engineering field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic AutoCAD.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid KSA driving license.
