The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining medical records, and supporting healthcare professionals while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality service.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Secretary to provide essential administrative and clerical support in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining medical records, and supporting healthcare professionals while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage medical appointments.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
- Prepare medical reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.
- Assist with insurance claims and billing procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Perform general administrative and office duties.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or Administrative Assistant (preferred).
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
