About the Role

• Oversee pricing, sales forecasting, and major deal closures.
• Ensure disciplined CRM usage and accurate reporting.
• Build strong relationships with investors, brokers, and high-value clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, finance, and operational teams.
• Provide performance reports and market analysis to executive management.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:

• 8 to 10 years of real estate sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• A minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Direct involvement in National Housing Company (NHC) projects is crucial.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
