Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Surveying.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in field management or inspection/supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively while motivating members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of municipal requirements related to infrastructure and excavations.
  • Able to analyze observations and develop practical solutions.

Job Purpose
The Sales Engineer – HVAC will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting HVAC products such as coils, heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and related systems. A strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems along with proven sales experience is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads and develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-users.
  • Promote and sell HVAC products including Coils, Heat Exchangers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, and Chillers.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial offers, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production team for technical clarifications.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and ensure smooth order execution until delivery.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
