Perfume Seller

We are looking for an experienced perfume seller with at least two years of experience in the field of selling perfumes, with the ability to deal with customers in an elegant and professional manner. Familiarity with types of oriental and western perfumes and ways to blend them is required, along with the ability to advise customers on selecting appropriate perfumes. Duties include: displaying and marketing products, managing inventory, organizing promotions, arranging the store's display area, and maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of the display area.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming clients and assisting them in choosing the right vehicle for their needs.

2. Explaining rental terms and conditions to clients clearly and ensuring they understand before signing the contract.

3. Preparing and organizing rental contracts and ensuring the accuracy of required data and documents (driver’s license, ID, credit card).

4. Delivering vehicles to clients after ensuring they are clean and checked for the safety of equipment and accessories.

5. Receiving cars upon return and inspecting them to ensure there are no damages or violations, documenting this in the system.

6. Following up on reservations via phone or email and confirming them on time.

7. Keeping accurate records of contracts, payments, and daily reservations.

8. Handling customer complaints and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

9. Achieving the monthly sales targets set by the company management.

10. Adhering to safety and security policies and maintaining the company’s assets (vehicles, equipment, documents).  
    

    Required Qualifications and Experiences:

    • Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Experience: At least one year of experience in the rental or customer service field (preferably in car rental companies).

    • Skills:

      • Excellent communication skills and professional customer service.

      • Proficiency in using computer systems and rental software.

      • Ability to negotiate and persuade.

      • Good knowledge of traffic procedures and rental-related regulations.
