Production Supervisor

We announce our need to fill the following position:

Field Supervisor and Safety Security 

(Field-based at a contracting site)

Job tasks andresponsibilities :

• Follow up on the site's compliance with safety and occupational health requirements.
  
  
• Cooperate with officials and engineers, and continuously supervise the primary contractor's inspectors.
  
  
• Monitor the quality of the work performed by technicians on-site based on compliance with approved plans.
  
  
• Supervise workers and monitor their discipline and promptness throughout working hours.
  
  
• Submit field reports and images of work progress, notes, and corrective actions.
  
  
• Contribute to field awareness of workers and apply preventive measures.

• Previous work experience in construction sites as a safety supervisor and labor supervisor.
  
  
• Genuine desire to learn and develop.
  
  
• The ability to handle the pressure of field work and manage a multicultural team.
  
  
• Skills in detailed follow-up and preparation of daily reports.
  
  
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills effectively.
  
  
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

• The applicant's residence should be close to the work site.
• The applicant must be fully dedicated to work (not a student or employed elsewhere). 
• The applicant must be ready to start immediately.
• The applicant must be familiar with all the requirements of the job mentioned above and ready to start immediately.
