Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with project plans.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams and internal departments to ensure alignment.
  • Schedule and prepare for project meetings, including agenda creation and resource coordination.
  • Track project procurement activities, providing financial updates to the project team.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, bids, and submissions.
  • Monitor and manage document control systems, ensuring version control and secure storage of engineering drawings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
