Join the PipeCare Group as a Purchasing Officer
PipeCare Group of companies has been helping customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years. We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer who will play a vital role in managing interactions with suppliers, streamlining procurement processes, and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling purchasing procedures and material receiving.
  • Submitting GRN to accounts and handling petty cash procurement.
  • Attending audits related to purchasing and supplier meetings.
  • Managing purchase requisitions, including item code and purchase order creation.
  • Following up on deliveries and payment requests.
  • Conducting negotiations with suppliers on price, terms, and delivery.
  • Keeping an updated supplier list and registering new suppliers.
  • Conducting market research and maintaining a competitive edge in procurement.

Skills/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Automotive.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
  • Good command of the English language.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver in various environments.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Capability of wearing safety equipment required for manufacturing environments.
