As a leading company in quality assurance, Fulkrum is seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to oversee rubber lining applications in critical oil and gas infrastructure. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect rubber lining applications on oil & gas equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications, NACE, ASTM, and API standards.
  • Monitor surface preparation and rubber lining processes.
  • Conduct rigorous testing including spark testing, holiday detection, and adhesion testing.
  • Verify environmental conditions during application and curing phases.
  • Review technical drawings and prepare detailed inspection reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors and client representatives for timely inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards during inspection activities.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
  • NACE Coating Inspector Level 1 or 2 preferred.
  • 35 years of experience in rubber lining inspection within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of rubber lining materials and application techniques.
